Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, scan history, analysis results, routines, favorite products, and subscription data.
How to Delete Your Account

In the App
Open Vellaya AI → Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Delete Confirmation popup
A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm your account deletion request. You submit your request and your account will be deleted.

What to Include
- Your registered email address
- Your full name as shown in the app
- Confirmation that you want permanent deletion
What Happens to Your Data
- ✓ All personal data erased within 30 days
- ✓ Uploaded images deleted immediately after analysis
- ✓ Billing records retained only as required by law
- ✓ Cancel active subscriptions before deletion
