How to Delete Your Account

In the App
Open Vellaya AI → Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Delete Confirmation popup
A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm your account deletion request. You submit your request and your account will be deleted.

What to Include
- Your registered email address
- Your full name as shown in the app
- Confirmation that you want permanent deletion
What Happens to Your Data
When you request account deletion through the application, your account is placed into a recoverable soft-deleted state.
During this recovery period:
- Your account is deactivated and is no longer accessible through the application.
- Your account data is retained securely to allow account recovery.
- You may restore your account at any time by contacting our support team at vellayaAI@gmail.com.
